Kludoku (kludoku.com) is operated by Suenram Productions Inc., DBA OnnieHEX ("we", "us"). By playing Kludoku you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Contact: [email protected].
Kludoku is an online murder-mystery logic-puzzle game. You can play instantly as a guest or create an optional account (username and password, or a supported sign-in provider) to keep your progress across devices, add friends and appear on leaderboards.
You must be at least 14 years old — or the age of digital consent where you live, if higher — to create an account. Younger players may only use Kludoku with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Keep your credentials safe: you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information, and use one account per person for ranked play. You can delete your account and every associated record at any time from Settings → Account.
Do not use bots, solvers or automation to play ranked or daily cases; do not exploit bugs for rankings (report them instead); do not scrape, overload, probe or attack the service; do not choose usernames that are offensive, misleading or impersonate others. We may rename accounts, remove leaderboard entries or suspend access to protect fair play.
Our Privacy page explains what we store, the optional consent-based analytics and advertising, and your GDPR rights, including full export and erasure of your data. Privacy is part of these terms.
All Kludoku content — code, artwork, characters, scenes, puzzles, music, sounds and text — is © Suenram Productions Inc. (OnnieHEX), and "Kludoku" is our trademark. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the game in your browser for non-commercial purposes. Except where the law permits, you may not copy, sell, redistribute, modify or create derivative works from the service or its content.
Kludoku may show advertising to keep the game free; ads and analytics only run with your consent. Supporter (ad-free) status may be offered. Any future paid feature will clearly show its own price and terms before you buy, and paid features will carry the legal withdrawal rights that apply to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may add, change, pause or retire features (including puzzles, modes and content generations), and we cannot promise uninterrupted availability or that stored progress will never be lost. We aim to keep daily cases identical and fair for everyone.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to €50 or the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, whichever is greater. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded (such as fraud or wilful misconduct), and if you are a consumer your mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
You can stop playing, or delete your account and data, at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, giving notice where the law requires it.
We may update these terms as the game evolves. For material changes we will post a notice on the site. Continuing to play after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of your country of residence, and you may bring or face proceedings in the courts of that country.
