Board is columns × suspects, and rooms is how many regions that grid is cut into — both set by the difficulty, not by the scene. Testimonies is how many statements it took before exactly one arrangement survived, assumptions the assume-and-test rounds needed once plain elimination ran dry, and liar the share of cases hiding an accomplice whose every word is false.
